Running shoes come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Whether seasoned marathoner, casual walker or somewhere in between, it’s important to choose the right shoe in order to get where you need to go. With your feet, your goals, and ultimately your comfort in mind, JackRabbit can point you in the right direction (not to mention expertise with gear, gait biometrics, measurements and more).

Saucony Kinvara 11
For some, the weight of the shoe is super important—if shoes are too heavy, they can feel like they’re slowing you down. Kinvara 11 is a great lightweight training shoe. Similar to the Bondi, it offers a lower heel drop. And less cushioning means you’re more in-tune with the ground you’re running on, which some say allows for a more natural gait.

HOKA Bondi 7
A relatively new shoe company, HOKA is gaining popularity and making strides with unmatched comfort. Bondi 7 is their most cushioned road-shoe, offering a thick sole, wide fit, and lower heel drop (the difference in cushioning between the heel and toe). It’s a great shoe for running, walking, and jobs where you’re on your feet all day.

Brooks Cascadia 15
Trail running is all about being in-tune with the outdoors—and the trail you’re traversing. Cascadia 15 is a great option for the off-road runner, featuring aggressive tread, a built-in rock plate, toe protection, and more water-resistance than the average running shoe (with roughly the same life expectancy as its road-running counterpart).

New Balance 928
Slow and steady wins the race—this premium walking shoe is built to offer maximum comfort. With loads of support and a width choice of “regular” or “wide,” 928 is perfect for people who spend a lot of time on their feet and are in search of sufficient cushioning, guidance, and support.
