Brisa Picante

Tucked into a beautifully restored 1877 building near the Comal River, Saludos brings the bold flavors and vibrant energy of Mexico City to downtown New Braunfels. The restaurant pairs antique charm with a lively atmosphere, serving shareable plates and handcrafted cocktails that feel right at home on its spacious patio. The Brisa Picante captures that same spirit, blending fresh basil, bright lime, smooth tequila, and a touch of serrano heat with a sparkling finish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz blanco tequila

  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves

  3. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.

  5. Top with prosecco.
  6. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig and serrano wheels.
  7. Enjoy!
