Each Saturday, New Braunfels wakes up to a market full of good food and smiling faces. Head downtown and you will find a lively patchwork of tents and tables. The New Braunfels Farmers Market is a place for good food, small talk, and surprise finds.

You can buy locally grown fruits and vegetables, flowers, dairy, baked goods, pasture-raised meats, fresh cheeses, wines, eggs, and much more. Chefs, food lovers, and craft fans will find treats for every taste. The market helps our local sellers thrive and gives neighbors easy access to healthy, fresh food.

The market hosts more than 60 vendors each week. Farmers, ranchers, growers, and artisans share produce, pantry items, pet care goods, home and personal care products, and ready-to-eat meals. There is live music every Saturday, which keeps the mood bright while you browse.

Bring the kids and bring the dogs. Make a morning of it with coffee and a pastry, then pick up dinner from a favorite food stall. Try a new cheese, taste a craft syrup, or grab fresh tortillas and hot tamales. If you love to shop small, this is your kind of place.

Open year-round, rain or shine, the market runs every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. You will find it in Historic Downtown New Braunfels off S. Castell Avenue. Keep in mind that holiday hours may change.

At its heart, the New Braunfels Farmers Market is about people. It is farmers sharing their crops, makers showing their work, and neighbors swapping recipes. It is a Saturday habit that feels like community. The market's mission is to improve access to local, nutritious, and affordable food while supporting local farmers and artisans. It creates chances for new businesses to grow, letting neighbors eat well.

Stop by and see why so many call it Texas's favorite. Grab a bag, say hello, and take a little piece of New Braunfels home with you.
