Pistachio Pesto Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
1/2 Cup Shelled Pistachios
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
2 Ounces Fresh Grated Parmesan
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
Directions:
1. Combine Basil, Pistachios, Garlic, Parmesan, Salt & Pepper in a food processor and start to blend
2. Drizzle in Olive Oil to combine ingredients into a paste like consistency
3. Enjoy on your favorite breakfast, pasta, sandwich, or as a dipping sauce!
