With the holiday season upon us, food enthusiasts have a new reason to celebrate. Hawthorn Grill, the signature restaurant at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, has unveiled an enticing winter menu that promises to captivate diners with its seasonal flavors and festive offerings.

The new menu, curated under the guidance of recently appointed Executive Chef Eric Lhuillier, showcases a delightful array of dishes that perfectly capture the essence of winter dining.

"Our winter menu at Hawthorn Grill is designed to be a journey, a chance for our guests to experience the full range of flavors the season has to offer," stated Chef Eric Lhuillier. "From the first bite to the last, we aim to evoke the warmth, the comfort, and the magic that makes winter dining so special."

Diners can embark on their culinary journey with tantalizing starters such as the filet mignon tartare, served with butter lettuce and a Dijon mustard vinaigrette, or the delicious roasted bone marrow, perfectly accompanied by sweet and spicy honey shimeji mushrooms and grilled baguette. For seafood lovers, the chilled seafood tower presents an impressive selection of crab claws, jumbo shrimp, oysters, and chilled lobster.

The main course offerings are equally impressive, featuring a range of prime cuts and house dry-aged steaks. Highlights include the 24-ounce prime bone-in rib eye and the rack of lamb with spiced baby carrots and thyme jus. For those seeking an extraordinary dining experience, the big cuts section offers a 48-ounce porterhouse and a 42-ounce tomahawk steak.

Hawthorn Grill hasn't forgotten about non-meat eaters, offering a portobello steak with arugula salad, sauce vierge, and crispy garlic as a vegan option. Those who prefer a lite seafood fare can indulge in the dover sole, elegantly deboned tableside, or the 14-ounce lobster tail from cold Canadian waters.

To complement the main dishes, diners can choose from a selection of sides, including the creamy, buttery Potato Mousseline and the classic Creamed Spinach. For those looking to elevate their steak experience, additions such as Oscar Style, Bone Marrow Brulee, and Red Chimichurri Sauce are available.

The dining experience at Hawthorn Grill extends beyond the food. The restaurant boasts a richly appointed bar area, perfect for pre-dinner drinks or after-work gatherings. The spacious dining room offers both private dining areas for large family gatherings and intimate booths for romantic dinners. For those who prefer dining al fresco, the expansive outdoor patio, complete with a waterfall and lush foliage, provides a serene setting.

To round off the meal, guests can indulge in specially crafted after-dinner cocktails. A must-try is the Sweet Caroline, which blends Absolut pear with St. Germaine and spiced sugar syrup. Or opt for the S'more Please, featuring RD1 bourbon and vanilla syrup, a perfect sweet ending to the meal.
