See You on 30A

North Fulton's Home Away From Home

Come for spring break, find a second home and stay awhile! We all love the beaches of 30A and Destin. You likely have your favorites, but we asked a local about her finds. With more than 20 years of experience selling real estate along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Mary Fletcher has built a family of real estate clients, peers and business associates. Starting from her first year as a realtor, when she won Rookie of the Year, Mary has consistently been a top producer. "I have been coming to South Walton since the mid 80s and I watched this area grow. I moved here from East Cobb in 1999 and fell in love with 30A," says Mary. Here are her picks.
