Ultimate Dining With a Moulin Rouge Celebration

Senior Concerns, led by President Andrea Gallagher, celebrated a Moulin Rouge-themed Ultimate Dining fundraiser at the Hyatt Regency Westlake. Attendees were greeted by several local restaurants and beverage purveyors and then gathered for dinner and a very lively auction that raised many thousands of dollars for the valuable services that Senior Concerns provides to our senior community and their families.

Fogo de Chao: Skewered, seasoned with rock salt and cooked over an open flame, Picanha, prime part of the Top Sirloin. Skewered, citrus marinated chicken cooked over an open flame, Frango. Potato Salad and Quinoa Tabbouleh (Quinoa Salad)

Freda’s: Maine Lobster Crostini drizzled with a Creamy Lobster Bisque

M on High: Parmesan Risotto Cake with creamy wild mushroom sauce, rosemary and shaved parmesan with Burgundy Braised Short Rib on top

Mouthful Eatery: Vodka-cured Salmon on pumpernickel crostini with
caper creme fraiche & pickled shallot.

Patron: Cheese Enchiladas and Chicken Enchiladas, plus chips and salsa.
