When Nessa Puscas moved to Maryland in 2019 to marry her high school sweetheart, she didn’t just find love, she found a vibrant, welcoming community. And it didn’t take long for that community to fall in love right back.

After the challenges of the pandemic, Nessa decided to turn her passion into purpose, launching a business built around joy, celebration, and, of course extraordinary food. The result? GoinGrazy, a luxury charcuterie and grazing table company that’s redefining the way the DMV entertains.

What began as a personal love for crafting beautiful boards for family and friends quickly blossomed into something much bigger. “I’ve always believed food brings people together,” says Nessa. “Hosting should feel like a celebration, not a chore. My mission is simple: to make both hosts and guests feel genuinely cared for with unforgettable spreads that taste as good as they look.”

Born in Puerto Rico, raised in New Orleans, and later living in Miami and Jacksonville, Nessa brings a rich culinary heritage to every table she sets. From her stepfather’s soulful gumbo and red beans and rice to her aunt’s arroz con gandules, food has always been the heart of celebration in her family. “Making people feel special through food just came naturally,” she shares.

That heartfelt intention is baked into every GoinGrazy creation. Whether it’s an elegant brunch display, an over-the-top grazing table, or a thoughtfully curated charcuterie box, every item is custom-made to suit the occasion and the people being celebrated.

From small gatherings and team lunches to bridal showers, milestone birthdays, and corporate events, GoinGrazy offers a menu of wow-worthy options:
● Elevated brunch spreads
● Luxe charcuterie boards and boxes
● Holiday-themed trays for Halloween (her most requested holiday!), Galentine’s Day,
Mother’s Day, Christmas, and more
● Customized grazing tables for everything from Super Bowl parties to baby showers

● Bite-sized desserts and creative add-ons

Recently, Nessa catered an elegant tea party complete with scones, delicate sandwiches, and dainty sweets. She’s also known for hosting her own annual Halloween bash, complete with spooky, Instagram-worthy food styling.

And yes, she styles it all herself.

Local, Lovingly Sourced, and Always Custom
Nessa doesn’t believe in cutting corners. Sourcing locally whenever possible, she shops at up to six different stores and farmers markets to find just the right ingredients for each event. From rainbow carrots and purple cauliflower to duck prosciutto from MeatCrafters and gourmet cheese from Bethesda’s Farmers Market, her attention to detail is unmatched.

She happily caters to a wide range of dietary preferences and cultural traditions from gluten-free and dairy-free trays to kosher-style offerings, vegetarian options, and international flavors. “One of my favorite parts of the job is getting to explore new cuisines,” Nessa says. “Right now, I’m experimenting with Indian-inspired desserts like
pistachio cheesecake and cardamom cupcakes topped with rose ganache. It’s such a fun, delicious way to celebrate diversity.”

And if pork isn’t an option for your guests? Not a problem. She’ll substitute with lamb, beef, chicken, duck, or even elk salami. Because no detail is too small when you’re crafting a table that’s meant to delight.

More Than Just Food: It’s an Experience
GoinGrazy is more than a catering company, it’s a full experience. Nessa also offers small event planning and floral styling for a true one-stop shop. She frequently partners with other local, women-owned businesses and offers services for corporate events, including monthly employee appreciation breakfasts and team-building brunches.

Her brunch spreads are a local favorite, featuring gourmet egg bites, artisanal French toast with seasonal flavors, fig pastries, and elaborate fruit displays. Her personal favorite? “Lemon blueberry cupcakes,” she says without hesitation.

“Though each season brings a new obsession!”

Looking to do more than just eat? GoinGrazy also offers charcuterie classes for private parties and corporate events. Nessa has taught classes at venues like Kentlands Mansion and led hands-on experiences for bridal showers, moms’ nights out, and office team-building sessions. It’s interactive, fun, and yes, you get to eat your art! Nessa also gives back to the community by supporting nonprofits like Tree House Child Advocacy Center in Gaithersburg and Story Tapestries Inc. in Poolesville.

Whether you’re hosting a chic soirée, spoiling your team with a brunch they’ll actually talk about, or just want to wow your friends with a next-level grazing table, GoinGrazy brings the flavor, flair, and fun to the table. Because, as they say at  GoinGrazy, life’s too short for boring food.
