USA Ninja Challenge Katy

Cheer on your very own American Ninja Warrior at USA Ninja Challenge Katy, where kiddos build confidence and agility one obstacle at a time.

“Our goal is to develop a positive environment where every ninja can succeed and progress at their own pace and based on their own abilities,” says Thomas Pielech, owner and president of the gym.

The kids-only gym offers a year-round obstacle course training program that combines fitness skills from gymnastics, rock climbing and other sports. Students sign up and attend weekly classes where they’ll scramble across a host of obstacles including balance beams, cargo nets and rock walls.

We Rock the Spectrum

Watch your child explore a specialized indoor playground meant to teach balance, sensory processing and fine motor skills.

“It’s a place for all kids, all abilities,” says Lana Hornak, owner of We Rock the Spectrum.

Inside you’ll find unique equipment designed to help children with sensory processing disorders such as autism. A modified zipline and specialized swings are among several of the gym’s colorful equipment options. If kids feel overwhelmed, they can head to a calming room, dress up in costumes or craft. The gym also offers on-site speech and occupational therapy as well as parent workshops.
