Ranch Water
The simplicity of this classic drink make it the “little black dress” of Texas cocktails.
Ingredients:
1 to 2 shots of tequila
½ lime
Topo Chico
Ice
Salt or Tajin seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
Salt the rim or use Tajin seasoning (optional). Place 1 to 2 shots of tequila (1.5-3 ounces) in a glass. Add the juice of ½ lime. Fill glass with ice and top with Topo Chico. Garnish with a lime slice.
Mocktail Makeover:
For an easy Ranch Water Mocktail, simply omit the tequila and add 1 Tablespoon of agave nectar!
