This fall, Millcreek and the surrounding valley are getting ready to celebrate the very best of our local dining scene with the return of Sip & Savor: a multi-week culinary journey that feeds both our palates and our local community.
Whether you’re a lifelong foodie eager to explore fresh flavors or looking for the perfect excuse to plan a cozy night out, this year’s initiative promises an unforgettable taste of Utah’s dynamic food culture.
Phase One: The Dine-Around Experience
(September 1 – October 10)
Beginning September 1, food lovers across the valley can embark on a self-guided culinary tour. The Sip & Savor Dine-Around encourages locals to step outside their usual dining routines and discover (or rediscover) participating restaurants—from neighborhood hidden gems like Killa Nikkei to high-end valley favorites like Log Haven.
Throughout the six-week campaign, participating venues will offer limited-time menu specials, tailored pairings, and chef-curated dishes designed to showcase the creativity of our local kitchens.
How to Participate: Pick up a digital or print passport, visit participating establishments throughout September and early October, and sample exclusive featured offerings while supporting the small business owners who keep our food scene thriving.

The entire campaign leads up to a flagship afternoon of culinary excellence. On Sunday, October 11, food enthusiasts will gather at the historic Log Haven nestled in Millcreek Canyon for the official Sip & Savor Festival.
Set against the golden, vibrant backdrop of fall foliage in the canyon, the grand finale will bring together top chefs, local beverage purveyors, and passionate food lovers for a festive outdoor experience.
