A day walking around the Medina Historic District is never complete without a visit to Miss Molly's Tea Room & Gift Shop and Molly's Fashion Boutique. Ed and Dinah Wright, the owners of Miss Molly's have operated the Tea Room & Gift Shop for 25 years, hosting local and international patrons alike, in addition to a variety of events like bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners and fundraisers. They opened Molly's Fashion Boutique nine years ago to fill the void for ladies' high-quality designer attire and accessories.
"We have had people come in, telling us they have traveled all over the U.S., (visiting) tea rooms and said Miss Molly's is one of the absolute best in the entire country.," says Ed.
Seating up to 160 people, Miss Molly's caters to a wide range of appetites. From sweet to savory and everything in between, one will not leave feeling hungry. Popular menu items include the famous Chicken Salad Puff and the Strawberry Pretzel Salad but many come for the delicious Quiche or the Chicken Divan. Almost everything is prepared fresh daily by our kitchen staff.
After you enjoy a meal or afternoon tea at the Tea Room, exploring Miss Molly's Gift Shop and Molly's Fashion Boutique is a must. The Gift Shop offers a little something for everyone, including teas specially blended for Miss Molly's, fine china teapot sets, linens, greeting cards, puzzles, jewelry, seasonal delights, whimsical socks and much more.
Molly's Fashion Boutique was moved to the current large space at the front of the building in July 2019 and offers a fabulous selection of designer ladies' clothing and accessories — from blouses and coats to skirts and dresses, as well as jewelry, handbags and other accessories. The expansive shop is curated for a wide variety of ages and everyone that browses its racks will surely fall in love with at least a few items.
