Spicy Dirty Martini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka 

  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth

  • 1/2 oz olive brine (or adjust to taste)

  • 1–2 dashes hot sauce (like Tabasco, or to taste)

  • Stuffed olives (spicy jalapeño or blue cheese-stuffed olives are ideal for garnish)

  • Cilantro for Garnish

Instructions:

    • Pour in a shaker tin vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine

    • shake and Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

    • Add a few dashes of hot sauce

    • Garnish with a few stuffed olives, skewered on a cocktail pick.

Coconut Aperol Margarita 

  • 1.5oz tequila reposado 

  • ¾ oz Aperol

  • 1 oz cream of coconut

  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)

  • ½ oz agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • coconut flakes (for rim)

  • Dehydrated grapefruit (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass with  toasted coconut flakes using a lime wedge to moisten the edge.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, Aperol, coconut cream, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave (if using), and ice.

  3. Shake and Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit

Rosemary Bee’s Knees 

  •  1.5 oz gin

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ oz rosemary honey syrup (recipe below)

  • Rosemary sprig & lemon twist (for garnish)

Rosemary Honey Syrup 

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ cup water

  • fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions for syrup:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, and rosemary sprigs over low heat.

  2. Stir until the honey dissolves, then remove from heat.

  3. Let steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain out the rosemary.

  4. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Cocktail Instructions 

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and rosemary honey syrup.

  2. Add ice and shake.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a lemon twist.

Vanilla Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz bourbon 

  • ¼ oz vanilla syrup 

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 1 dash orange bitters (optional, for extra depth)

  • Orange peel & vanilla bean (for garnish)

Cocktail Instructions 

  1. In a rocks glass, add vanilla syrup and bitters.

  2. Fill the glass with a large ice cube, then pour in the bourbon.

  3. Stir gently for 15-20 seconds to chill and mix.

  4. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

  5. Garnish with a vanilla bean.
