Kids need an after-school pick-me-up! Their brains and bodies are exhausted by the end of the school day, and they need fuel packed with lots of nutrients. These after-school boards will motivate your children to opt for more nutritious nibbles.

Instructions-

  1. Gather together all the items on your list. 

  2. Set up the small bowls for dips.

  3. Arrange the cheese slices. 

  4. Arrange your kids' favorite crackers around the cheeses. 

  5. Fan out apples or other fruits and veggies. 

  6. Set it out on the homework table and enjoy!
