As we enter the month of March, you may be getting a case of spring fever. While it’s normal to lose yourself in reveries of warmer weather and outdoor gatherings this time of year, those hopes might be a little premature in Colorado. Luckily, Kristen and Jon Foster have a solution that spans the seasons: a hot tub. A warm, bubbling soak is the perfect reprieve on a chilly winter day, and it’s a great way to unwind on crisp summer nights.

Kristen and Jon bought Spas of Parker from longtime owner Wally Hall in January of 2022. The business has been a Parker staple for over 25 years and serves as the only locally owned and operated store of its kind in the area. They specialize in hot tubs along with the corresponding bells and whistles, including a large selection of purifying chemicals, filters, salts and pool supplies. If you plan on staying dry, Spas of Parker also carries games like billiard tables and shuffleboard as well as barbecue supplies like spice rubs and Traeger pellets.

Kristen and Jon have lived in Parker for most of their lives, along with their three kids: Holden (12), Lukas (9), and Taylor (8). Business ownership affords the Foster family flexibility and time to be together, an aspect of this new venture that Kristen and Jon treasure. That and the ability to be more connected to their community. Whether it’s delivery and set up, custom ordering products you need, or answering questions over the phone about your spa, the couple is excited to connect and serve on the personal level that being local provides.

“We’re local, we’re here and we’re committed to Parker. When people call our store, they don’t have to go through some corporate 1-800 number,” Kristen explains. “They get to talk to Jon or me every single time.”

Other than the obvious benefit of absolute enjoyment, having a hot tub in your home can offer several perks. Here are Kristen’s top three:

·      Quality Time with Family: “Hot tubs are super kid-friendly—my kids love them. It’s a great way to get away from screens and spend time together.”

·      Improves Mental Health: “A soak in the hot tub with hydrotherapy massage jets is a great way to relieve stress.”

·      They’re a Great Year-Round Activity: “Hot tubs are great in any season. Our most popular times are actually the spring and summer.”

If a hot tub sounds like a good addition to your home, visit the Spas of Parker Showroom at 19555 E. Parker Square Drive, Parker Colorado, 80134. To contact Kristen or Jon, you can give the store a call at (303) 841- 7646.
