So what is a soak, exactly? It’s a salt bath, an age-old therapy including salts, minerals, oil and water.
“Our soaks include a specialized blend of Mediterranean sea salt, Epsom salt, Dead Sea salt and Pink Himalayan salts. In addition to salts, other vitamins, minerals and essential oils are added to provide benefits targeting each client’s needs,” said Hardin. “Sea salt baths can support skin health, muscle and joint relaxation, mineral absorption, healthy sleep, stress reduction and more.”
The spa’s therapeutic mineral bath soaks are specially formulated.
