Additionally, we provide orthodontic care, pediatric dentistry, gum disease treatments and emergency dental services, all tailored to meet your unique needs.
Who are your typical patients?
Our patients are individuals and families of all ages who value high-quality dental care in a comfortable and relaxing environment. We cater to everyone, from children coming in for their first dental visit to adults seeking cosmetic enhancements, restorative treatments or solutions for dental anxiety. Many of our patients appreciate our expertise in sedation dentistry and our commitment to personalized, concierge-level service that makes even the most nervous individuals feel at ease.
What types of conditions do you treat while patients are asleep?
We can treat a wide range of dental conditions, from routine procedures to more complex treatments. This includes addressing tooth decay with fillings or crowns, performing root canals, extracting teeth (including wisdom teeth), placing dental implants and completing full-mouth rehabilitations. We can also provide gum disease treatments, cosmetic procedures like veneers and even extensive restorative work in a single visit. Sleep dentistry allows us to complete multiple treatments efficiently and comfortably, making it ideal for patients with dental anxiety, time constraints or extensive dental needs.
Is sleep dentistry safe?
Yes, sleep dentistry is very safe when performed by trained professionals in a controlled environment. Our office prioritizes patient safety by using the latest monitoring technology and tailoring sedation levels to every individual’s needs. We conduct a thorough health review before any sedation procedure to ensure it’s the right option for you. Our Dentist Anesthesiologists work directly with our patient’s other health care providers to ensure optimal conditions prior to treatment. Whether it’s nitrous oxide, oral sedation or IV sedation, we closely monitor your vital signs throughout the entire process. Sleep dentistry is especially beneficial for patients with dental anxiety, sensitive teeth, strong gag reflexes or complex treatment needs, allowing them to receive the care they need comfortably and safely.
What are the advantages of sleep dentistry?
Sleep dentistry offers several advantages, especially for patients who experience dental anxiety, have a low pain threshold or need extensive dental work. The primary benefit is comfort—patients can relax completely or even sleep through their procedure without feeling any pain or stress. Sleep dentistry provides a vital pathway to care for individuals in the special-needs community and those who are highly medically compromised as well. For patients with sensory sensitivities, severe anxiety or conditions that make traditional dental care challenging, sedation ensures a calm, stress-free experience. Additionally, medically compromised individuals benefit from the controlled environment of sleep dentistry, where their vital signs can be closely monitored by trained professionals throughout the procedure, reducing risks and enhancing safety. This approach makes essential dental treatments accessible to those who might otherwise avoid care due to their unique needs. Sleep dentistry allows us to perform multiple treatments in a single session, saving patients time and avoiding the need for multiple visits. This is particularly helpful for individuals with busy schedules or those requiring significant dental work. Overall, it makes the experience smoother, faster and much more manageable for patients seeking comprehensive care.
