Discover two exciting water features in Sarasota and Venice that promise fun-filled escapes from the summer heat.
The All-New Bayfront Park Playground and Splash Pad
Ahoy to staying cool this summer at Sarasota’s Bayfront Park! The newly renovated shipwreck-themed playground and splash pad offer vibrant climbing structures, ample seating, and sprawling shade sails, making it the perfect spot for family fun. Additionally, the playground and splash pad areas are ADA-compatible, ensuring accessibility for all. Restored concrete animal sculptures from the original Steigerwaldt-Jockey Children’s Fountain add a nostalgic touch to the new landscaping. This exciting spot not only offers a refreshing break from the sun but also promotes imaginative play and exploration. So, head over to Bayfront Park for a cool and adventurous day out!
