The Manhattan location features a trampoline park, ninja obstacle course, cosmic bowling, and an arcade. Kids can enjoy appetizers, like taquitos and nachos, while parents can partake in the full bar menu. Admission price: $13 Mon-Thu, $15 Fri-Sun. leaptrampolinepark.com/manhattan

2. K-State Insect Zoo & Gardens: Beetles and butterflies and bees, oh my! Garden visitors can take in some early spring blooms, including vibrant Dutch Crocuses and peach blossoms. Inside the Insect Zoo, kids can see nature in action through numerous exhibits, including a honey bee observation hive, tropical night house (cave), and freshwater display. 3. Manna Meadows: Looking to take a short day trip? With an average of five stars on Tripadvisor and just a 90-minute drive away, Manna Meadows is an apiary and alpaca farm. Through guided farm tours, visitors can pet and take photos with these curious, gentle, adorable members of the camel family. 4. Little Jerusalem Badlands State Park: Opened to the public in 2019 after generations of private ownership, Little Jerusalem is one of the most breathtaking sights in Kansas. Though this state park is a four to five hour drive from Manhattan, it is well worth the trip. Its towering chalk outcroppings are likened to the ancient, narrow walls of Jerusalem. Visitors can hike to spectacular scenic overlooks at their own pace or with guided tours, and trails are wheelchair accessible. Admission cost: $5 daily vehicle permit or Kansas State Parks Passport. ksoutdoors.com/State-Parks/Locations/Little-Jerusalem-Badlands
