Massive Growth Spurs Myriad Options for Dining, Shopping and Entertainment

If you haven’t ventured up north lately, it’s time to make the trip.

What used to be a sleepy little pocket of the Pikes Peak region has exploded into a major hotspot for entertainment, shopping and dining. Just hop off I-25 at Interquest, Northgate or the brand-new Voyager exit and prepare yourself for the treasures of Colorado Springs’ far north.

Situated between the major metropolitan areas of Denver and Colorado Springs, this area has seen massive growth in recent years.

“You’ve got this amazing corridor with lots and lots of traffic,” said Tracy Doherty, communications director at Nor’wood, the developer for much of the Interquest corridor. 

That traffic has brought with it lots of commerce, transforming the Interquest-to-Northgate zone into a lively entertainment hub. We don’t have enough space to list everything in Interquest MarketplacePolaris Point and the surrounding area, but here are a handful of reasons to wander north at your earliest convenience:

  • Boot Barn Hall – Mid-sized live music and entertainment venue. Dueling pianos, anyone?
