Lager Stew
1 tablespoon Garlic and Herb Olive Oil
14 ounce package beef smoked sausage, cut into slices or pre-seared stew meat.
1 1/2 onion, sliced thin semi-circles
1/2 head small cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground rainbow pepper
1 tablespoon Backyard Brew Seasoning Pinch Smokey Bacon Sea Salt
2 bottles lager beer
2 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 tablespoon Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Place in crockpot on low for the day.
Crockpot Stout Ruben Sandwich
Flat cut corned beef brisket with spice packet
1-2 bottles Stout Guinness or a lager beer
1 teaspoon California Garlic
1 package sauerkraut
1 package smoked provolone cheese
Swirl Rye Bread
Sriracha Horseradish Aioli
Place Corned Beef fat side down in Crockpot, add seasonings, cover meat with beer. Cook on low for 12 hours. Pull corned beef out, shred for sandwiches. Toast bread and stack meat, cheese, sauerkraut, finish with aioli.
