Sugar Plum Sunday

The Sugar Plum Fairy Tea is back at the Adolphus

For many of us......no Holiday season is complete without a trip to one of the magical performances of Texas Ballet Theater's The Nutcracker.  Each year in Dallas, on a magical Sunday afternoon, you can make a whole day of festivities with the annual The Sugar Plum Fairy Tea at The Adolphus.

This cherished holiday tradition is back — and more magical than ever! All generations are welcome to join us for an unforgettable afternoon where parents bring their little ones, grandparents join the fun, and families come together to celebrate the season.

As a true multi-generational experience, the Sugar Plum Fairy Tea is brimming with delights for everyone — whimsical crafts, enchanting entertainment, delicious holiday fare, and, of course, visits from beloved Nutcracker characters. From toddlers to grandparents, every guest will find a touch of magic waiting just for them.

After the tea, the magic continues as we invite you to head to the Winspear Opera House for The Nutcracker Matinee at 2 p.m. (Performance tickets sold separately.)

This is a Sunday you won’t want to miss. Celebrate the season, create lifelong memories, and share the joy of ballet with Texas Ballet Theater.  The Sugar Plum Fairy Tea is chaired this year by Kate Marie Grinold Sigfusson & Children.
