Ingredients:

- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz. each) 

- 2 tbsp. olive oil 

- 1 tsp. salt 

- 1 tsp. pepper 

- 2 ripe mangos, diced 

- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 

- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced 

- Juice of 1 lime 

Directions:

1. Season the fish: Rub halibut with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 

2. Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Cook halibut for 4–5 minutes per side until flaky. 

3. Make the salsa: Combine mango, red bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice in a bowl. Chill until serving. 

4. Serve: Top grilled halibut with mango salsa and enjoy!
