A Cool Strawberry Avocado and Spinach Mix That Delights the Palate

Ingredients

1 bag of fresh, organic spinach

1 carton of organic strawberries

2 large Hass avocados, sliced

1 Purple onion

1/3 cup of pine nuts

1 tsp of sumac to season

1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp of gluten free soy sauce

1/4 cup raw honey

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Whisk balsamic vinegar, tamari sauce, honey, and olive oil together and store in the fridge until you’re ready to serve the salad. In a serving bowl, assemble spinach, strawberries, avocados and nuts. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve!
