New model homes coming to Magnolia Green
The Yeatman Group of Long & Foster Real Estate and its builder partners are always searching for new ways to bring homebuyers more options for where to build their next custom dream home. The Yeatman Group, along with Covenant Building & Design, Harring Construction, Homesmith Construction & Jones Custom Homes, have begun construction on four beautiful new model homes in the brand-new custom section of Magnolia Green known as Banyan Cove. All four model homes are expected to open in late fall/early winter.

All three builders will offer their unique custom home designs in the new section of Summer Lake with homes starting in the mid-$500s.
