For Michele Pavlich, every cookie carries a little more than sweetness. Through Covenant Cookie Creations, she turns handcrafted treats into celebrations, thoughtful gifts, and meaningful connections. Founded in Miramar Beach in 2024, the business reflects her belief that life’s milestones deserve to be celebrated—and that even something as simple as a cookie can bring people together, leaving every celebration sweeter, warmer, and more personal.
Covenant Cookie Creations began as a creative business, but it quickly became something much more meaningful. After 25 years as a military spouse and 40 years of marriage, Michele Pavlich entered a new chapter with a desire to build something uniquely her own. With the support of her husband, Bryan, she transformed her love of cookie decorating into a business centered on creativity, connection, and celebration.
Each handcrafted cookie is thoughtfully designed for weddings, showers, birthdays, holidays, corporate gatherings, and the everyday moments worth remembering. Nationwide shipping allows Covenant Cookie Creations to share its signature sweetness well beyond the Emerald Coast. In 2026, the company also introduced a gluten-free option, making it possible for even more guests to join in the celebration.
Yet the heart of the business extends far beyond the kitchen. Through her involvement with local chambers and the Miramar Beach business community, Pavlich has built relationships with entrepreneurs, organizations, and community leaders. She believes strongly in referrals, introductions, collaboration, and helping local businesses remain visible. For her, a successful connection is often just as rewarding as a successful order.
That same philosophy carries into her role with the Ladies Leadership Luncheon team, where she helps create a welcoming environment for women in business to gather, share experiences, celebrate accomplishments, and discover new opportunities. Her approach to leadership is simple: pull up a chair, make room for others, and help them shine.
Service is another important part of her story. Pavlich supports fundraising efforts for The Freedom Collective Northwest Florida and is instrumental in launching the BREATHE Volunteer Retreat, giving local volunteers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and feel appreciated.
Whether she is decorating cookies, connecting business owners, supporting women, or uplifting volunteers, Pavlich believes success is sweeter when it is shared. Covenant Cookie Creations is more than a cookie company; it is a reflection of a life built around purpose, generosity, and meaningful connection. That belief continues shaping every opportunity she creates.
