That’s exactly the problem Sean Shilleh set out to solve when he founded LAX Valet Service, a luxury airport valet company designed to make travel seamless from start to finish. Clients drive their own vehicles directly to the airport while still receiving a concierge-style experience, complete with curbside terminal drop-off and pick-up, secure parking near LAX and additional vehicle services while they travel. Why did you decide to start LAX Valet Service?
I spent years working in the valet and hospitality industry, so creating a seamless customer experience has always been important to me. For years, I would personally drive my wife and mother to the airport and handle all of the logistics for them. Over time, I realized how valuable that kind of service could be for everyone. I wanted to create a business that makes travel feel easier, smoother and more enjoyable from start to finish.

Instead of dealing with the headache of airport parking, our clients can simply pull up directly to their terminal, hand off their vehicle and walk straight inside. Walk us through the process. How does LAX Valet Service work?
It’s designed to be as simple and seamless as possible. On the day of travel, clients text us when they are about 10 minutes away from LAX, and one of our drivers meets them directly at their terminal curbside so they can immediately head inside. While they are away, their vehicle is stored in a secure off-site facility near LAX.
What is the pick-up process like when clients return home?
We monitor return flights and coordinate the vehicle’s arrival directly to the terminal curbside so everything is ready as soon as clients land. Clients simply walk outside, meet our driver, load their luggage and head home.
What additional services do you offer while clients are traveling?
We offer car washes, complete auto detailing, gas fill-ups, oil changes and EV charging so the car is fully ready when clients return. We can also coordinate off-site vehicle delivery to another location, airport or even back home if needed.
