I have been in the hospitality industry for 30 years and have learned a lot, still researching and looking to expand my knowledge every day. I am a fan of tequila as well as many other spirits but don't think of myself as an expert, just someone who has a passion for what they do. I am really proud to offer many great tequilas at the Vine Room.
Tapatio tequila is made by a fifth-generation tequila maker, Carlos Camarena with four expressions: Blanco, Reposado, Anejo and Extra Anejo. They make tequila in pure form with no additives. This is my favorite tequila.
Also made from Carlos Camarena is Tequila Ocho, made with agaves from their 150 agave farms by a signature method that makes the agave shines through. There are five expressions: Puntas, Blanco, Reposado, Anejo and Extra Anejo.
There are a host of luxury tequilas to try, from CinCoro to Clase Azul. I am here to help guide you to a tequila that will fit your profile. We have more than 30 tequilas and Mezcals to choose from at different price points and expressions.
The Vine Room is open six days a week closed on Mondays for an elevated cocktail experience, fine wines by the glass, and the bottle and small plates. Stop in for a light bite with a drink before or after dinner. Or spend the evening with friends. Use Resy for reservations for booths. The bar is first come first serve. Cheers!
