Ingredients:
5 lbs of Red Potatoes- diced & boiled until tender
1 cup of diced Yellow Onion
1 cup of diced Red Bell Pepper
1 cup of diced Orange Bell Pepper
1 cup of diced Celery
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
⅓ cup Yellow Mustard
1 cup of Dukes Mayo
1 cup of Wood Fire White Sauce (any white sauce will work)
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
Directions:
Once Potatoes are tender, drain well.
Mix all ingredients well, while potatoes are hot.
Let cool until below 41* and serve.
Best if made a day before.
