Patrons got a first look at the Tennessee Theatre’s 612 Building expansion with a reception befitting the project itself. Plush velvet, rich jewel tones and a few delightful surprises—including the glamorous heft of a late-1800s bank vault—offered a glimpse into the theater’s ambitious vision. A series of elegant gathering spaces, including the Everly Lounge and Osborne Lounge, are designed to enhance guests’ experience while honoring the building’s history and architectural character. Upper floors include new administrative offices, community arts spaces and a recording studio, which are still in the works.
