Lauren Taylor, owner of Aesthetics 360, defines style as “what is authentically you,” and it is reflected in how she runs her Parker med spa. “So many of these spas that you go into feel cold and sterile and definitely not fun. You have to whisper and listen to whales singing in the background. That’s not the style we embody. I want clients to come in, especially men, and those who don’t think that a spa environment is for them, and feel comfortable. I don’t want to look so buttoned up that we are unapproachable. I try to have all my staff embody that authenticity within reason, especially in the way they dress. We need to look professional, but we have fun. What sets A360 apart is our unique approach. The med spa offers over 90 specific services that fall under weight loss, hormone treatment, sexual health, injectables, IV drips, non-invasive facelifts, medical skin treatments, laser, permanent cosmetics, body tattoos, hair restoration, body wellness, lash and brows and oncology support. Lauren added oncology support in 2023 after she received a breast cancer diagnosis. With significant weight loss, a lump was easily detected. Surgery and a year of weekly chemo treatments killed the cancer, but the physical and emotional scars remain.
She shares, “I decided that we needed to have an oncology support department within the business. We specialize in offering customized solutions that help mitigate the side effects of cancer treatments, promote healing and improve overall well-being.” Aesthetics 360 also sells a line of skin products designed for cancer patients.
The Aesthetics 360 plan offers customers a specialized, unique approach to beauty and health that is more than skin deep. Each client starts with a consultation where their overall needs are discussed. The practitioner asks questions to uncover the patient’s motivation for seeking treatment. Lauren explains that they want to know what’s going on at a deeper level because that’s what they need to connect with their clients.
"We aren’t looking for a one-time transactional interaction. We are looking to stay with them on a journey to help with their wellness. We are here to help with aesthetics, appearance, whatever it is that they want, but it’s finding out the deeper needs and really supporting them and making sure they know we are with them long term. At A360, our focus is on treating the person as a whole,” Lauren divulges.
Her team of highly medically trained people includes a medical director, nurse practitioner, phlebotomist, medical aestheticians, medical assistants and a few family members. Paige Simpson, Lauren’s sister, is a skilled esthetician with over 80 certifications. She is pursuing her RN, which will allow her to make an even greater contribution to the A360 team.
Lauren shares about her and her sister’s differing styles when working together. She says, “We are definitely opposites, which is why we work so well together. I am very direct and very much like, ‘we are going to do things my way!’ Paige is intelligent, light-hearted and super funny. People love her. She is so talented at her craft and such an artist. A client can tell her they want their face to look a certain way, and she goes in there with a filler and sculpts a masterpiece!”
Lauren’s daughter, Kaylin Taylor, is on staff too. Kaylin shares, “I was looking at two colleges when my mom got diagnosed with breast cancer, and I switched my career focus. I went to esthetician school, am a phlebotomist and an IV tech. I am continuing on to get my medical assistant certification. I love being able to be a point of growth for people!”
Lauren’s goal for Aesthetics 360 is to improve the lives of her clients. “How can we improve your life for you? I watch people lose weight and make health changes, and their confidence goes up.” She continues with a big smile, “They become totally different people, and to be on that journey with them is really fulfilling.”
