Chef J is a foodie who enjoys creating food that wakes up your taste buds but leaves you feeling amazingly beautiful. After attending Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, Chef Judy Etheredge received the love of cooking for family and friends. The ” Art of Charcuterie” was inspired after planning a trip with her husband and friends to Italy which was, unfortunately, canceled because of Covid-19. Fast forward to now, and the “Art of Charcuterie” has evolved into boxes offered to clients in a variety of different sizes and unique options. For options, consider the original - meat & cheese, breakfast, lunch, fruit, fruit & cheese, or even dessert. WHAT IS A CHARCUTERIE BOARD?

Charcuterie is the art of preparing cured or smoked meats.  A charcuterie board is an assortment of meats, cheeses, artisan breads, olives, fruit, and nuts, all artfully arranged on a serving board. Charcuterie boards are essentially meat's response to a cheese board, and boy are they good. Chef J makes a point to serve them at special occasions and sometimes, just for a fun dinner.
