From day one, it's been a family-owned and operated business, and they all agree that working together is the best part. A close second is the euphoric feeling of knowing you helped a first-time homeowner make their dream a reality. The family feel is a big part of what makes their office unique. With a primary goal of creating an environment that feels like home, these ladies go out of their way to help everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Realtors and clients alike rave about their impeccable customer service and ability to make closings feel smooth and easy, even in this challenging market.
The real estate industry has experienced quite a few changes in the last couple of years, including how homebuyers complete the final signing process. Birthright Title adapted its business practices to include mobile and curbside closings in addition to cleaning protocols to help new homeowners feel safer.
One of the biggest challenges they've recently faced is what all working parents have battled this past year – virtual learning! Taylor says having family support at home and in the office was critical in making it more bearable. They all teamed up to help her twin girls get their schooling done and keep the office running efficiently. Taylor believes they are the true definition of a team. The entire office is willing to step in and get the job done, whether it's business-related or being a teacher for part of the day. Another challenge of a family-owned company is trying not to talk about work when they spend time together outside of the office.
Even with COVID challenges, Birthright Title is growing, having recently opened a second location in Carthage. They will continue to treat clients like family and provide a worry-free closing experience. They are looking forward to meeting new colleagues in the industry and providing homeowners with an easy and efficient experience. Birthright Title considers itself the "Beginning of Your Home Sweet Home."
