In a city brimming with weekend dining options, true culinary buzz is earned, not manufactured. Lately, the conversation among local food lovers has revolved around the morning transformation of Bar Boheme.

Originally launched in 2024 as a classic French bistro, the restaurant quickly made waves with its refined dinner and tasting menus. But this past spring, Chef James Trees and his culinary team shifted into a new gear, introducing a full weekend brunch that has rapidly become one of the neighborhood’s most sought-after reservations.

The experience offers options for every style of weekend diner. Most guests opt for the $55 prix-fixe menu, which opens with an extravagant bakery board loaded with fresh pastries, flaky croissants, and warm baguettes—also available to order à la carte. There is serious craft behind that breadbasket: Corporate Pastry Chef Jake Yergensen uses imported T65 flour flown in directly from Lyon, France, yielding authentic Parisian baguettes with a light, crisp crust and a delicate chew.

Beyond the signature bread board, the brunch menu expands to include an array of thoughtfully composed breakfast plates, artisanal sandwiches, and savory midday classics designed for long, unhurried weekend meals with friends.

For those who want to take the experience home, Trees and Yergensen have also expanded into a retail bakery pop-up operating out of the restaurant space. Born from frequent guest requests to purchase the kitchen's baked goods by the loaf and box, the pop-up offers a rotating array of specialty breads and sweet pastries available to go.

Whether you sit down for the full spread or drop by to grab fresh baked goods, it’s a weekend routine worth adding to your local lineup. Weekend brunch runs every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Retail bakery pop-ups are held monthly on select Saturdays, with upcoming dates announced on Instagram at @barbohemeLV.
