INGREDIENTS
Grass-fed lean ground beef
Chopped romaine lettuce
Pickled red onion
Chopped pickles
Chopped grape tomatoes
Other options: Roasted sweet potatoes, Pickled jalapeños, Shredded cheese
SAUCE
2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Pickle Juice
1-2 Tbsp Ketchup, to taste
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
Layer lettuce, beef, onion, pickles and tomatoes in a bowl. Shake up the sauce, pour and toss well. Prep multiple servings for an easy lunch or dinner for the week.
