Perhaps you want to stay close to the water and play the recently renovated Apple Rock course. This spectacular Jones-designed course features several holes along the shores of Lake LBJ. Dramatic elevation changes test the skills of players at every level.
Another classic Jones course, Slick Rock is more player-friendly, but still challenges golfers with more than 70 bunkers and 12 water hazards.
Today, however, you choose to play Summit Rock, the exclusive, members-only course. Designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, this course boasts some of the most stunning scenery in Texas and is widely considered to be the Golden Bear’s best work. Elevated tee boxes lead to breathtaking vantage points, including the famed 3rd hole where golfers are rewarded with a 30-mile Hill Country view. While spectacular, the course is playable with large greens.
