The 1921

2 oz Sipsmith Gin

0.75 oz Pea Flower Honey Rose Simple Syrup

0.25 oz Blood Orange Puree

0.25 oz Rich Simple Syrup

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

2 dashes Cardamom Bitters

1 mist of Bergamot Spray

Garnished with a red rose petal and a piece of dry ice.

Dry ice is used in this cocktail as garnish for the presentation. The dry ice will melt and does not have harmful side effects unless it is ingested whole, please do not ingest whole.
