The Future of Health & Longevity Has Arrived in Naples
Fountain Life's Dr. William Kapp on Longevity, Prevention, and the New Era of Personalized Medicine
For decades, healthcare has operated largely as a reactive system, one that waits for symptoms to appear before taking action. Fountain Life is working to change that paradigm. The longevity and preventive health company, co-founded by CEO Dr. William Kapp alongside Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis, and Dr. Robert Hariri, has built its model around a simple but ambitious idea: identify risk earlier, intervene sooner, and help people live longer, healthier lives.
At the heart of Fountain Life’s approach is the belief that prevention should be far more sophisticated than an annual physical. Through advanced diagnostics, whole-body imaging, genetic testing, cardiovascular assessments, metabolic analysis, cognitive evaluations, biomarker testing, artificial intelligence, and physician-guided care, the company creates a detailed picture of an individual’s current health and future risk.
“At its core, Fountain Life's mission is to fundamentally transform healthcare from a reactive, disease-centered system into a proactive, data-driven model that predicts risk, detects disease earlier, prevents progression, and helps people optimize their health before illness has the opportunity to define their lives,” says Dr. Kapp.
Founded in 2020, Fountain Life was established to address what its leadership team saw as a critical gap in modern medicine. According to Dr. Kapp, the issue was never a lack of innovation.
“The technology already existed. The gap was that no one was bringing the data together in a way that could meaningfully change outcomes.”
That philosophy has fueled the company’s growth and helped position it at the intersection of longevity science, precision medicine, preventive healthcare, and health optimization. Today, Fountain Life has accumulated more than 15 billion clinical data points across thousands of members, creating one of the largest longitudinal datasets focused on prevention and healthspan.
Central to that effort is Zori AI, Fountain Life’s proprietary health intelligence platform. By synthesizing vast amounts of clinical information, the technology helps physicians identify patterns, uncover hidden risks, and develop highly personalized care strategies designed to improve long-term outcomes.
Naples has played a particularly important role in the company’s evolution. The city became the launch site for Fountain Life’s regenerative medicine program, including stem cell therapies, thanks in part to Florida’s supportive regulatory framework and the company’s collaboration with regenerative medicine pioneer Dr. Robert Hariri and biotechnology partner Celularity.
What distinguishes the program from many others in the marketplace is its emphasis on diagnostics first.
“Unlike regenerative medicine clinics, we don't start with the therapy, we start with the data.”
Before treatment recommendations are made, members undergo comprehensive testing designed to help physicians understand the broader factors affecting performance, mobility, recovery, and overall health.
Currently, regenerative therapies are most commonly being used for orthopedic conditions, pain management, wound care, sports-related injuries, arthritis, and mobility limitations. Many of the patients seeking treatment are active adults who want to maintain the lifestyles they enjoy.
“We're still in the early innings of regenerative medicine, but we believe these therapies have the potential to become an important tool for helping people maintain strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life as they age,” says Dr. Kapp.
For many Naples residents, that goal resonates. Whether it is spending more time on the golf course, competing on the pickleball court, traveling comfortably, or simply staying active with family, preserving function is often just as important as extending lifespan.
Dr. Kapp believes regenerative medicine is only one piece of a much larger transformation taking place in healthcare. As artificial intelligence, advanced diagnostics, genomics, precision medicine, and restorative therapies continue to converge, he sees an opportunity to rethink how aging and disease are addressed.
“I don't believe the next generation of healthcare will be defined solely by treating disease. I believe it will increasingly focus on preserving function, extending healthspan, and helping people remain physically and cognitively capable throughout their lives.”
That vision continues to guide Fountain Life’s expansion. Following the opening of its Houston center, the company is preparing for future locations in Miami and Los Angeles, bringing its preventive and longevity-focused model to new markets.
“What's most exciting to me is that we're no longer proving the concept. We're proving the model.”
As Fountain Life grows, Dr. Kapp remains focused on a future where healthcare becomes more predictive, personalized, measurable, and actionable. The company’s mission is not simply to help people live longer, but to help them enjoy more years marked by vitality, independence, cognitive clarity, and purpose. In a healthcare landscape often centered on managing disease, Fountain Life is betting that the greatest opportunity lies in preventing it before it begins. For many, that future is already taking shape.
