“Growing up in Michigan, I always knew I wanted to be a doctor. During medical school at the University of Michigan, after just one rotation in plastic surgery, I knew that I had found the specialty where I would spend my career. This decision led me to residency at Duke University. Six years later, I had just completed one of the best reconstructive training programs, so I sought out the best cosmetic training, which landed me for an additional year in Dallas, Texas, for a cosmetic fellowship. I am grateful today for the strength and determination I had to continue my education and pursue additional training before starting my own practice. Those additional skills and training continue to help me produce the results my patients are seeking.

Malachi O'Neill

Malachi O'Neill has lived in Northern Colorado since 1992, currently raising his own family here. Before working with Mountain Aviation, he was a professional adventure and fly fishing guide. He started his journey into aviation through hang gliding and transitioned to powered flight. Commercial pilot certified, Malachi got into fleet operations and transitioned over to business development 12 years ago.
"I enjoy what I do very much. A couple of really great aspects of what I get to be a part of is learning all the really interesting things our clients do in their own businesses that are adding to the Northern Colorado, national and global economy," he says. "Our clients are so interesting, and I really enjoy helping our clients succeed in what they do! It is very rewarding to be a part an integral part of their success."
Malachi is always eager to show people the airplanes and learn more about what his clients and potential clients do. He goes above and beyond to help them succeed.

Dr. Jared Ward

Dr. Jared Ward was born and raised in Fort Collins. He loves using his skills and knowledge to create beautiful smiles in his hometown community. Dr. Ward graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1998 as valedictorian of his class. He attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree, where he graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Ward attained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry, where he graduated first in his class and received the highest distinctions in academics and patient care. Dr. Ward has been honored with numerous distinctions and awards, including induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. He has also conducted research to help children with cleft lip and palate, which he presented at the International Association of Dental Research Annual Meeting. Dr. Ward takes numerous courses and seminars each year to stay current with the many advances in modern orthodontics. He is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists and Colorado Dental Association.
