The Gift of Giving

Give back this holiday season through one of these Fort Worth charities

The Holidays are a time for cheer, family fun, and celebration. For many, the season is also a time for reflection on their good fortune and, consequentially finding ways to give back to the community and those in need. Fort Worth harbors many charities that operate year-round but make special use of the giving spirit of the community during the holidays to support the needy and ensure the whole of Tarrant county enjoys a magical time. Below are four local non-profits that make gift-giving easy to maneuver and charity work fun!

The National Leadership Foundation produces a yearly holiday catalog facilitating over 21 million dollars towards local Tarrant County charities. The catalog matches the majority of donations for each organization to use toward its mission. Eliminating the guesswork from charitable donations, Fort Worthians need only keyword search online to find a charity and then click on their preferred donation amount for easy, personalized gift giving to local community members in need.
