Jen Crutcher has always had a passion and a keen eye for design. It took being quarantined in 2020 and an encouraging nudge from her husband to ultimately leave her job and pursue her dream of owning a business doing something she absolutely loves. “Windmill Decor & Renovations is more than just a career for me, it's a passion I want to share with as many people as possible,” says Crutcher. “I truly believe that every house deserves to be a warm, bright and welcoming place. I want to have an impact on people’s lives by creating a space to call home.”
With the birth of her first child coming, Crutcher took this opportunity to create a truly unique Gilbert Inspired Nursery. This nursery design is expertly orchestrated by Crutcher to create a space as beautiful, creative, and unique as the pending addition to her family! The Gilbert nursery design includes a peaceful retreat, touches of whimsy and punctuations of color. Art, décor and furniture are sourced from a variety of vendors, and Crutcher loves to look locally, too.
