1. How did you land at Mr. Rooter/Gainesville?
I was General Manager at Mr. Rooter in Tallahassee for 5-1/2 years. My wife is originally from Gainesville, and the territory was open for purchase. So we thought it was the perfect opportunity.
2. Can you name one defining moment when you knew you were in the right place?
There are so many! But, to answer your question, it's the Mr. Rooter system that got me hooked. The customer service is hands down the best I've ever seen in 25 years of plumbing.
3. What else drives you?
God, family and golf.
4. How do you balance work and family life?
We try to have all our employees off on time daily for a great work/life balance.
5. Do you have a mentor?
My cousin Brent was my mentor. I started as a plumbing helper with him when I was 14. I worked each summer of high school. I learned almost everything from him.
