My Personal Evolution of Nashville
Having lived in Nashville for over 40 years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the city’s transformation into a thriving metropolitan hub. Everyday, I meet new clients who are moving here for career opportunities, a better quality of life, or simply to be part of Music City’s vibrant culture. There’s something special about helping them feel a sense of belonging in a community that welcomes them.
Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s personal. My family immigrated to Nashville in 1983 as refugees. Growing up, I watched my parents work tirelessly to create stability for our family. My most cherished memories is standing beside my father at Regions Bank as he made his final mortgage payment. That experience shaped my understanding of real estate beyond just buying and selling homes; it’s about security, generational wealth, and the ability to plant roots in a place you love.
That’s why my passion for real estate is about changing lives—whether it’s helping a family purchase their first home, guiding a retiree through downsizing, or assisting an investor in securing a lucrative property. Every deal is a story and a step toward a brighter future.
My Real Estate Journey
My real estate journey has been filled with incredible opportunities, challenges, and lessons that have shaped me into the broker I am today. I’ve had the privilege of serving as Principal Broker for two prestigious firms. In both roles, I played a pivotal part in driving growth, increasing sales, and fostering a culture of collaboration. Within my first year at each firm, I contributed to a significant rise in sales volume, helping agents elevate their businesses, and guiding clients toward success.
Today, as a broker with Luxury Homes International, I work alongside some of the best in the industry. My experience allows me to offer a high level of expertise to my clients; ensuring they receive nothing less than excellence in every step of their real estate journey.

The formation of Luxury Collective Nashville has been one of the most rewarding aspects. Alongside Ashley Chastain, Holly Seibold, Jennifer Gramling, Kristie Blasingim, Salena Garza, and myself, we have built a team rooted in trust, expertise, and collaboration.
Our goal is to combine our strengths, insights, and networks to deliver a level of service in the competitive Nashville market. We solve problems faster, anticipate market shifts, and elevate our clients’ experiences.

Family is My Why
My husband, Kurston Biggers, has been a part of Brentwood Academy for over 20 years, He has served on the admissions team, as a football coach, and as the wellness director. His work is about shaping character, instilling discipline, and helping students recognize their potential. Kurston's ability to lead with integrity, push others toward excellence, and foster a sense of camaraderie is something I deeply admire.
Our daughter, Avery Ann, is a student at Brentwood Academy, and watching her grow in an environment that values faith, education, and community reinforces why we do what we do. In an industry that demands dedication, my family reminds me of what truly matters.
