The holidays are officially upon us and what better way to join friends together than with the vibrant "Queen of Christmas"? Jasper's Catering brings us this delicious cocktail from their beverage archive, and she will surely not disappoint. This mixture of the sweet, the sour, and the celebratory is the perfect drink to sum up 2023 and welcome in the new year!
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Vodka
- .5 ounce Lemon Juice
- .5 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce Cranberry Juice
- 2 ounces Champagne
- Sprig of Rosemary
Directions:
- Place your ice in a glass
- Build the drink by pouring the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup directly over your ice
- Top the drink with your cranberry juice and champagne
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
- Enjoy!
A tip from Jasper's: Freeze your cranberry juice into cubes and build the drink over the cubes without adding the juice. The cranberry juice cube will melt and flavor the cocktail for a longer duration.
