With the exception of a few of their allergen-friendly ice creams being outsourced for customer safety, all the ice cream is made in-house using only 4 clean and simple ingredients: eggs, milk, cream and sugar. The ice cream contains no high fructose corn syrup or synthetic ingredients, unlike most ice cream brands that use large amounts of synthetic bonding ingredients like xantham gum to keep the ice cream from melting quickly. Meanwhile, Marty B’s Ice Cream tastes better and is better for you, you just have to lick a little faster.
Even the incredible hand-crafted flavors come from right down the street, like the Ooey Gooey from Marty B’s, the Bourbon Peach Cobbler from 1845 Taste Texas and the Blueberry Pecan Bar from his coffee shop.
But the passion behind this ice cream shop is even more vibrant than its flavors.
