While experimenting with Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer's new spirit. Por Osos, which translates to 'for bears,' the staff at The Statesman created a berry beary concoction completed with brandied berry jam "because of the tie-in to bears," owner Craig Ley says. Then they named the signature cocktail after the comic's podcast.
Two Bears, One Cave
1.5oz Por Osos vodka
.5oz lemon
1oz Brandied Berry syrup (1pt Brandied berry jam, 1pt sugar, lemon peels, water)
.25oz simple makes (if want it sweeter)
Shake, pour over ice and add a splash of soda
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a berry
