A customized system quote is assembled by Stone Glidden’s system engineer, reviewed with the homeowners, and modified as needed to create the right fit. Tom says once a homeowner moves forward with Stone Glidden, a dedicated project manager is assigned to take the project from “yes” to completion, providing a consistent point of contact throughout the entire process.

Once a project is complete, the Stone Glidden team offers 24/7/365 client care through full-time service technicians. “Our process is designed to deliver what we promise. Our sales team identifies a client’s needs, our engineer designs the system, our project manager and our installation team delivers the system, and our service department maintains it going forward,” says Tom. “It’s a process that works.”

For Stone Glidden's 35th anniversary, their team upgraded their showroom to a full experience center, providing a space where homeowners, builders, architects and interior designers can see integrated technology in action, with a straightforward “single app” approach that makes controlling technology easy.

"In the age of COVID-19, work, school and family time have been condensed into one space, and we believe everyone deserves the best experience they can get in their space, which is why we look at our projects as enhancing how people live in their homes," asserts Tom. 

He says Stone Glidden’s experience center is a clean, COVID-safe environment with dedicated, one-on-one appointments available seven days a week. The center showcases the latest in-home theater, media room design, whole-home audio-video, lighting control, home networks, LED lighting, motorized shades and outside lighting/entertainment.

Since 1985, Tom says more than 3,000 Delaware Valley homeowners and design professionals have turned to Stone Glidden for their technology needs, resulting in projects that garnered 25-plus local, regional and national awards.

Stone Glidden has been rigorously evaluated and certified by the California-headquartered Home Technology Association, an unbiased third-party organization whose team evaluates the technical qualifications, trustworthiness and customer care capability of home technology installers. HTA-certified firms are vetted for reliable reputations and honest business dealings, with endorsements from fellow design/build professionals.
