The Westfield Woman's Club

Support the Annual Garden Tea

The Westfield Woman’s Club, established in 1914, is a club dedicated to community service. Under its umbrella, a member can learn to play bridge, or be a member of its theatre group, garden club, cooking club or book club.

As a community club, the Westfield Woman’s Club is committed to honoring one of its own citizens at their annual Garden Tea. This year the Club is proud to announce that their Honoree will be State Senator John Velis. The event will take place Wednesday, September 7th, 1pm, at the Beveridge Pavilion in Stanley Park.

The event is an authentic English Tea, featuring live music, tea sandwiches, scones, and magnificent trifles of imaginable flavors, and beverages including teas. There is a hat contest with prizes for women, men and children to join in. It is an extraordinary event. There is also an incredible raffle.

All those interested in attending are urged to purchase their tickets as the event will have limited tickets. The cost of the event is $25 and tickets may be reserved by sending a check to the Westfield Woman’s Club, PO Box 651, Westfield, MA, 01086.

Tables of eight people will be set up and reservations for a full table may
also be made. Please include your full name, address, and telephone number with your reservation and check.
