The Westport Lifestyle Cocktail

Order our signature cocktails in our favorite bars and restaurants this October!

To kick off the season of non-stop holidays, we asked our favorite bars and restaurants to shake a signature Wesport Lifestyle cocktail. These bartenders have blended beverages beyond our imagination, and they're all on the menu during the month of October! 

Rothbard

Westport Lifestyle Hefe Paloma

2 oz of Espolon Blanco

.5 oz fresh squeezed lime Juice

Top with Schofferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen

Pour into a High Ball with ice and a lime or grapefruit garnish.

The Black Duck

Westport Lifestyle 12 Mile Limit

1 oz white rum

1/2 oz rye whiskey

1/2 oz blackberry brandy

1/2 oz grenadine syrup

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Add rum, rye, blackberry brandy, grenadine syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon and serve.

Westport Lifestyle Pear & Pisco Sour

1.5 oz Pisco

.5 oz pear brandy

.75 oz lemon juice

.25 oz simple syrup

.25 oz vanilla syrup

1 egg white

3 sprays of absinthe 

Combine all ingredients except absinthe and egg white. Strain into a glass. Beat egg white until frothy and spoon on top. Carefully drop absinthe onto the egg white.

Westport Lifestyle Figgy Stardust

1.5 oz Reyka vodka

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Maple Syrup Apple Cider Reduction

1 quartered fig (plus 1 fig wheel for garnish)

5 Thai basil leaves

In a mixing tin, muddle the fig and 4 basil leaves. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a fig wheel and remaining Thai basil.

Maple Syrup Reduction:

1 cup apple cider

1/2 cup maple syrup

Bring the apple cider to a boil and reduce by half. Combine apple cider with maple syrup in equal parts and stir until completely blended together.

Westport Lifestyle Saugatuck Sage 

3/4 oz Tuck Gin

3/4 oz pamplemousse liqueur

3/4 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessential

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/4 oz yuzu juice

Sage leaves

Add all ingredients into Boston Shaker and shake vigorously.   Strain into Nick and Nora glass.  Garnish with sage leaf.

Westport Lifestyle Oktoberfest Bloody "Good" Mary

1/4 cup (2 ounces) tomato juice.

1.5 oz Blue Ice Vodka.

1 t. worcestershire sauce.

3/4 t. freshly grated horseradish.

3 dashes (or more) Tabasco.

½ t. fresh lemon juice

1 pinch celery salt.

Old Bay Seasoning

1 dash freshly ground black pepper.

Combine all ingredients, shake and pour into a mason jar.

Slice of apple smoked bacon

Pepperoncini pepper(s)

The Spotted Horse

Westport Lifestyle Farmers Market Margarita

Muddle a few slices of cucumber and jalapeño with several leaves of basil.

Add:

1.5 to 2 oz of tequila 

1 oz of triple sec

1 full fresh lime 

A touch of OJ

Sour mix 

Shake and serve. Garnish with lime.

Amis Trattoria

Westport Lifestyle Negroni

1 oz Aviation Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth

1 oz Luxardo & Habanero Negroni

Fill mixing glass with ice and add 4 oz of batched cocktail. Place one large ice cube in glass and pour chilled cocktail over ice. Add straw and garnish to finish. Editor's note: their cherry garnish is delicious.
