Celebrating its fifth anniversary, one of the newest communities to the Greater Conroe area is The Woodlands Hills, a Howard Hughes 2,000-acre forested master-planned community lined with an abundance of trees and open space. Within Founder’s Park, where the free fifth anniversary celebrations will take place, is a 10,600 square foot Activity Center with room for events, a kitchen, and a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, including a rowing machine, treadmills, spin bikes, rubber kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistant cables.
The multi-faceted pool area in Founders Park is a great place to enjoy the hot summer days. Residents can enjoy a zero-entry, resort-style pool, lazy river, deep-end jumping boulders, a climbing wall, sunning decks, and shade structures over portions of the pool and cabanas. A dedicated fitness pool with lap lanes is also available. Near the pool area is a nature-inspired playground complete with a “sprayground”.

Meador Elementary and Brabham Middle School are both located adjacent to the property, with a connecting pathway from The Woodlands Hills, providing a short walk to and from school for children and families. Willis High School is located just east of I-45 on FM 830, less than 2 miles away!
